Q: How Early Should I arrive? What if I will be Late?
A: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that your may change clothes and fill out a client info sheet. If running 10 minutes behind or more, please call to reschedule as a courtesy to our other guests.
Q: How far in advance do I need to set up an appointment?
A: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays can book up a few weeks to a few months in advance, so please call ahead. Individual appointments for services Monday-Thursday may only require a few days notice.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: All spa packages and group treatments must be reserved/prepaid with a credit card. Please try to give 48 hours notice when canceling spa treatments. All no shows will be charged the full price of the treatments missed.
Q: What do I wear for my massage?
A: Remove all clothing except underwear or panties. You will under a warm sheet and blanket set the whole time while only the parts your therapist will be working on will be exposed. When receiving a mud wrap or salt scrub you are welcome to wear a bathing suit.
Q: How much is a standard tip?
A: While there is no standard amount to tip and the therapists are pleased with any gratuity you wish to leave, the average tip is anywhere from 10-20% depending on how you enjoyed your service.
Q: Can I bring my child to the spa?
A: Children are not permitted to be in the spa.
Q: Do Gift Certificates Expire?
A: Gift Certificates expire six months from the date of issue. They are non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer spa services for men?
A: All of our spa treatments are geared to both sexes. Separate treatments rooms are available.
Q: What forms of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
